Site Help and Accessiblity Options

There are a number of accessibility and usability features on this site.

Navigation

This site uses a consistent navigation scheme to make it easy to move between the pages.

The main sections of the site are displayed at the top of the page. Once you have selected a section the pages within that section are displayed in a navigation panel on the left hand side of the screen.

Resizing Text

You can increase the text size of this site using your browser controls. Some of the main browsers are shown below:

1. Internet Explorer: View > Text size
2. Firefox: View > Text size
3. Opera: File > Preferences > Fonts > Minimum font size (pixels)

If you have a mouse with a scroll wheel you can scroll the wheel of your mouse whilst holding down the control key to change the size of the text.

Compliance

This site conforms to the W3C Web Accessibility Intiative Guidelines to Level A. These guidelines are the standards by which sites are checked to ensure they are complying to agreed web standards and that the developers have made the site accessible to all. All of the code of this site has been validated as being correctly written.

The site has been automatically checked against these standards using the WebXact and Cynthia online validation services and passed as Level A compliant. The site has also been manually checked to ensure compliance.

This site has been tested against as many browsers as possible but the user experience may vary slightly. If you are using an older version 4 browser you may not see the site fully formatted but will still see the content of the site displayed in a readable form.
